Our returns policy is very simple:
Provided they are unused, you may return all items acquired from us within 10 days for a full refund. Please do not send the item back yourself, we will pick up the item free of charge (only returned packages requiring an additional charge will not be accepted!).
Just follow these simple steps:
- carefully bind the package.
- call + 41 41 240 94 94 or inform us by email.
- provide us your customer and order number.
- specify which item you want to return.
- specify a time when the courier can pick up the item from you
You are not required to explain your return. Because we always want to improve our service, we ask you to assist us with your feedback/comments. Please write your comments on a piece of paper and include it with the package.
The courier engaged by us will come at the desired time and pick up the package.
You will receive a new invoice from us or a credit.
