When you entered your customer information, you chose a method of payment. This will be used for any given order. If you would like to change the method of payment, you can do so in your customer account. Click on the „Login“ button on the top left menu. Enter the login information we sent you and confirm it. Click on the "Edit Customer Information" button to change your method of payment.
Invoice:
Payment by invoice is an option for regular customers. Payment is required within 10 days of receipt of goods. The invoice can either come with the goods or separately. Payment by invoice is only possible by application and approval. No automatic approval will be carried out. After your second order, you may apply for payment by invoice by email.
Cash on delivery:
You may pay by cash on delivery. An additional payment on delivery charge of CHF 50 will be added. For purchases of CHF 3500 and greater, www.redface.ch will cover the payment on delivery charge.
Advance Payment:
Deposit the total amount on the order confirmation into our business account using the purpose [code] provided. After we have confirmed your payment, the goods will be sent to you with the original receipt. Please inspect the goods thoroughly for completeness and give the invoice to your accounting department.
Direct Withdrawal:
The total amount on the order confirmation will be debited from the bank account provided by means of direct withdrawal in the next few days. You will receive the original receipt with the shipped goods. Please inspect the goods thoroughly for completeness and give the invoice to your accounting department.
Credit Card:
The total amount on the order confirmation will be charged online immediately during the order. You will receive the original receipt with the shipped goods. Please inspect the goods thoroughly for completeness and give the invoice to your accounting department.
